Cadillac srx cue screen cracked.

The class action lawsuit includes customers who purchased or leased the following vehicles equipped with the cadillac cue system. Been a cadillac lover my whole life. 2013 2017 cadillac srx. Touchscreen appears to be about 500 without labor.

Owned a 79 coupe when i was 18. Just bought my srx in january with about 56k miles. 2013 2017 cadillac ats. Love my car but disappointed when screen cracked on a warm day in april.

Seems like an obvious defect. September 17 2019 a cadillac cue screen lawsuit alleges the cadillac user experience. The cue infotainment system found in most 2013 2018 cadillac vehicles has a screen with major design and installation flaws resulting in bubbles cracks and an unresponsive interface. A cadillac cue lawsuit is still alive in court but the judge hearing the case dismissed multiple claims that allege the cue cadillac user experience screens fill with spider web patterns.

Unfortunately the only way to fix this issue is to have the cue replaced. Cadillac infotainment screens allegedly appear shattered cracked and delaminated due to defects. Is the touchscreen park not working when you go to touch it. The lawsuit alleges that the cadillac cue infotainment screen cracks delaminates and takes on a spider web appearance making it impossible to use.

The cadillac user experience aka cue is cadillac s infotainment system. Would sure be nice if gm replaced or at least offered help.
