Fiberfrax ropes are twisted multi ply ceramic fiber packing manufactured from fiberfrax wicking. This packing is available in various sizes from 6mm to 100mm or above on request. Hd rope is up to 9 ply and provides increased compression resistance and strength and is approximately 40 65 denser than regular fiberfrax rope. Ceratex ceramic fiber rope and braid are manufactured from high temperature alumino silicate based refractory fiber white and odorless.

The ceramic fiber braided round square ropes are manufactured from superior quality ceramic fiber yarn braided cover on the cover to form a solid packing. Ceratex ceramic fiber rope braid and packing 3130 ceramic fiber twisted rope. The product is white and odorless suitable for high temperature applications up to 2300 f. The yarn is reinforced with metal wire can withstand very high temperature.

Ceratex ceramic fiber rope and braid are manufactured from high temperature alumino silicate based ceramic fiber combined with high temperature fiberglass reinforcement with or without additional alloy wire insert. Ceratex 3140 ceramic fiber square braided rope is made with high temperature ceramic fiber yarn reinforced with fiberglass filament carrier square braid structure. Standard minimum 3 ply rope is a low density highly compressive product form.
